Who We Are

Texas Humane Heroes saves the lives of dogs and cats from overcrowded shelters throughout Texas. In 2022, Texas Humane Heroes found homes for more than 2,500 dogs and cats from kill animal shelters across the state of Texas. In our fight to decrease the overpopulation of homeless animals, we also offer low-cost veterinary services to our community, we spayed or neutered over 7.500 animals and vaccinated over 16,000. At the core, our work is focused on rescuing, healing, and adopting animals into loving homes.

Volunteer Details

There are lots of ways to volunteer your time to help homeless dogs and cats in your community find a loving home.
